LUBBOCK, TX (KJTV) - Two suspects wanted for a random sexual assault of teenage girl in Lubbock remain at-large. Lubbock police are asking for the public's help in finding those two men.

Sketches released Friday show the two men police are looking for. And while authorities don't believe the community is in danger, they want to get this case solved as soon as possible.

The two suspects are described as Hispanic men with black hair and brown eyes in their mid to late-20's. One of the men is described as having a neck tattoo.

They are believed to be responsible for a sexual assault in the early morning hours of Wednesday, June 9th. Investigators say that evening, an 18-year-old victim was home on East Brown Street looking for her pet in the backyard where she was confronted by the two men.

The victim told police the men burglarized a shed in the backyard. Lieutenant Leath McClure says it appears random. However, for a crime of this nature Lt. McClure says that is rare in Lubbock.

Though police are actively searching for the suspects, it is believed there's no immediate threat to the public at this time.

Anyone with information should call Detective Bocanegra at 806-300-6452 or Crimeline at 741-1000. Callers can remain anonymous.
